Refund policy
At AIRHAIR Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your air straightener or if you received a defective item, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Policy
You have the right to return your item within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with Danish consumer law. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
Important: Items that are damaged may not qualify for a full refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product.
Please do not send your item back without first contacting us. Items sent back to us without prior notice may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- For defective or damaged items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a pre-paid return label for shipping.
- For all other returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or damage (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Partial refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
- Non-refundable items: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@airhaircopenhagen.dk. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under Danish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days without giving a reason. This withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at info@airhaircopenhagen.com. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling
