Shipping policy

At Airhair Copenhagen, we are committed to delivering your air straightener in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processes, shipping options, and timelines.

Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within Denmark. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shippings Cost
Standard Shipping (2-4 business days)Free for all orders.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@airhaircopenhagen.dk or call +45 50393057. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries. Should you realize that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@airhaircopenhagen.dk. We will do our best to update the shipping information before the package is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@airhaircopenhagen.dk with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations and Modifications
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
